Dellva uses information you provide to process purchases, deliver orders, verify payments, respond to support requests, prevent fraud and maintain records required by law.

Information we collect

Account and contact details; delivery and billing addresses; order items and prices; optional business GSTIN; support conversations and attachments; payment references and uploaded payment proof. Card entry is handled by our payment provider, not stored as full card details by this store.

When you place an order we record your IP address, limited browser/user-agent information, browser time zone if available, acceptance time and the policy version accepted. These records support security and dispute handling. IP addresses or browser location do not conclusively prove a person's identity.

Delivery address, not device tracking

Your delivery address is needed to fulfil your order. We do not request device GPS permissions, collect device coordinates or continuously track your location. IP addresses are used for security records, not to infer a precise location.

Optional browsing analytics and recently viewed products

With permission, we collect page/product visits, approximate engagement, device/browser category, referrer website and shopping-bag changes, including guest visits under a pseudonymous ID. Signed-in activity can be associated with your account. No passwords, payment credentials, private form contents or precise locations are recorded in analytics. Signed-in recently viewed product history provides the account feature independently of optional analytics. These records are retained for up to 180 days. You may disable future optional analytics from Cookie preferences.

Who receives information

Necessary details may be shared with delivery partners, payment processors, hosting/email providers, authorised support staff and authorities where required by law. Information is not sold for advertising. A marketplace purchase may also be subject to that marketplace's own privacy notice.

Storage, security and retention

Access is restricted according to business need. Security controls reduce risk but no online service is risk-free. Order, payment, consent and tax records may be retained for legal/accounting duties and dispute resolution. Other information is retained only while reasonably needed for the stated purpose. Deletion requests are reviewed against those duties; payment proof may contain sensitive information, so upload only what is required.

Your choices and requests

Use your account to review available contact and address details. Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of optional consent or privacy support. Withdrawal does not undo lawful past processing or legally required records. Cookie preferences can be changed from the footer. We do not use checkout consent as consent to marketing.

Children and policy changes

Purchases should be made by an adult or with a parent/guardian's involvement as legally required. If a child's information was submitted in error, contact us. Material policy changes receive a new version; checkout records the version accepted for each new order.
