Terms for shopping with us.

These terms apply to purchases from Dellva. Please read our payment, shipping, returns and privacy policies before placing an order. Checkout requires an affirmative, unchecked-by-default acceptance; browsing or accepting cookies alone does not place an order.

Products, prices and availability

Review the chosen variant, quantity, specifications, total price, GST and delivery charges at checkout. Product images may vary with screen settings. Prices and stock are validated by the server. An order receipt acknowledges your request; it does not by itself confirm dispatch or a manual payment. We contact you if an error or unavailability requires a change or refund. We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information; keep your account secure; and arrange to accept delivery. Do not submit false proof, misuse support, attempt unauthorised access or resell another person's personal information. Contact us promptly to correct an address before dispatch.

Payment and cancellation

COD requires the disclosed advance under our payment policy. Any verified advance is credited to the final bill. Unjustified refusal may incur only disclosed, lawful retention; this does not remove consumer rights. Cancellation is subject to dispatch stage and applicable law. We do not impose unilateral cancellation charges on customers unless equivalent responsibility applies when we cancel unilaterally.

Rights and dispute resolution

Nothing here excludes non-waivable rights under Indian consumer law or remedies for defective, deficient, spurious, misdescribed, incorrect or late supplies where applicable. Contact our support team first so we can investigate. You retain the right to approach the appropriate consumer authority or court; these terms do not restrict that right.
