HOW WILL YOU PAY?

Pay the full amount upfront

The full-payment plan collects rent, security deposit and your selected logistics upfront. Choose from the payment methods enabled at checkout.

Pay on delivery, when available

Your advance includes the full security deposit, selected logistics and the higher of INR100 or 20% of rent, capped at rent. Remaining rent is due at delivery or warehouse handover. The advance is part of your bill, not an extra charge.

Uploaded payment proof needs staff verification. An unpaid hold or proof upload alone does not confirm a booking.

01Can I rent for just a few hours?

Yes, when the listing offers hourly rental. Other listings charge per day. The item page shows its rate and billing unit, and your quote uses your chosen start and end times.

02What do I pay before the rental?

For full advance payment, pay the rent, refundable deposit and selected logistics. Where pay on delivery is available, the full deposit, logistics and a rent advance are paid first. Your quote shows the exact advance and remaining balance.

03Can I collect and return it myself?

Yes. Customer warehouse collection and self-return are free. Paid delivery and return pickup are also available where your booking is serviceable. The warehouse address is shown with your booking.

04When is my booking confirmed?

After your required advance is verified. A submitted manual receipt awaits staff review; an online payment is checked with the gateway. An unpaid hold is not a confirmed reservation.

05When will I get my security deposit back?

The warehouse first inspects the returned item. An administrator then approves the refund and any applicable deductions under the rental policy. Track your booking for payment and return updates.

06Do I need a separate customer account?

No. Use your existing Grifflin shopping login. You must complete private rental identity verification before booking, but your normal shopping account stays the same.

07Can I cancel a booking?

You can cancel from your account while the booking is awaiting payment or payment review. After payment confirmation, contact the rental team. Cancellation and failed delivery need a refund review; neither triggers an automatic refund.
